How To Become Fearless
I am so excited that I finally finished my book, it has been a tremendous journey on the subject of fear. It has taken 2 1/2 years writing this book and a great experience. It has been a blessing because it was a topic that has gripped the lives of many. Fear, a four letter word and it has people doing things they would never do based on that strong force called Fear. Now this year it has really shown it’s ugly face. So what do we do?

According to Merriam Webster Above all else means: before every other consideration : and the word ESPECIALLY. Wow that means before we think about what anyone else thinks you have to guard your heart before every other consideration. Especially.
So whenever you see that scripture the writer wasn’t saying guard your heart if you feel like it or if you want to, he says Above all else guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
According to Webster Especially means: Especially(adverb)
in an especial manner; chiefly; particularly; peculiarly; in an uncommon degree
Princeton’s Wordnet says: particularly, peculiarly, especially, specially(adverb)
to a distinctly greater extent or degree than is common
"he was particularly fussy about spelling"; "a particularly gruesome attack"; "under peculiarly tragic circumstances"; "an especially (or specially) cautious approach to the danger"

I wanted you to know what these words meant before I went any further. Our mind is important and we have to guard it and be very careful what you allow yourself to think and speak over your life.
As believers Paul the apostle was very stern and told us what to do. He said in 2 Corinthians 10:4,5 He said: For the weapons of our warfare are not ]carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.
This is very important to the believer because if we're allowing ourselves to get offended and angry you're getting upset with the wrong person. I know it’s easier to stay upset at someone, but it only hurts you and your mind will become toxic and that is very dangerous because everything else will become toxic. Your friends, your loved one’s and you will attract negative people in your life. I have quotes from Dr. Caroline Leaf who is a great and goes over what she has to say from a science and Christian point of view. Using the Word of God over your life.
